Michael, our “Chef du Maison” has earned a well deserved reputation for his signature house-cured gravlax and is featured in the Winter 2009 Edition of Edible Nutmeg! We take food very seriously and commit to bringing you the best and freshest ingredients from farm to table while supporting and celebrating local farmers, producers and purveyors.
In addition to our delicious cured salmon, breakfasts feature artisan breads, the freshest fruits and vegetables, strained Greek yogurt, fresh squeezed organic orange juice, organic honey and walnuts, local cheeses, local organic hand made granola, house made preserves, a vegetarian friendly “Frittata of the Day,” and award winning Harney and Sonsteas and locally roasted Barrington Coffee RoastingCompany coffee selections.
In the late afternoon guests are invited to join the innkeepers in the Great Room or Poolside when Michael, our "Mix Master," creates a complimentary lite bite and one of his specialty cocktails.
